Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in Quality Assurance looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing organisation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelopment of Management systems and updating and reviewing documents\nAssist and support the Quality Manager with effective day-to-day Quality Assurance activities\nCoordinate the logging and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports, ensuring robust corrective actions are established and implemented\nAssist with Corrective Action Requests and Root Cause Analysis\nCoordinate the communication of technical files and specifications\nCoordinate the recording of site-based reworks and product orders\nPromote QESH principles and a customer focus throughout the company\nFollow through on quality actions to ensure closure\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExperience as a systems-based Quality Engineer\nManufacturing-based experience essential\nExperience in process development and improvement\nPrevious involvement in third-party audits\nFull UK Driving License, preferably clean\nUnderstanding of ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 an advantage)\nCompetent in all aspects of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nInternal auditor training to ISO 9001 or higher is advantageous\n\nBenefits:\n\nHybrid/Reading Office/On-site working options\nStandard hours: 7.30am - 16.30 Mon - Fri\n24 days holiday + Bank Holidays\nOpportunity for professional development and training\nSupportive and collaborative work environment\nIf you are an experienced Quality Engineer eager to further develop your career in manufacturing, we would love to hear from you.
