Oversee all store hardware and OS readiness, working with infrastructure teams, field engineers, and SI partners.
Drive vendor management including RFPs, SOWs, commercial alignment, and governance with Oracle and implementation partners.
Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and operational frameworks.
Partner with Retail Operations, Digital, Finance, Security, and regional IT leadership to deliver a unified approach.
Support market readiness, pilot stores, cutovers, rollouts, and hypercare.
Maintain clear reporting, RAID management, delivery governance, and financial control.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:
Proven experience delivering large-scale POS upgrade programmes, ideally Oracle Xstore v25 or versions v18/v19+.
Strong technical understanding of:

Xstore / Xcenter / Xoffice
Payment flows & integrations (e.g., Adyen, PED/PDQ devices)
Retail networks & store infrastructure
Multi-country retail deployment experience, ideally luxury or premium fashion.
Experience managing £1m+ technology programmes in complex, high-visibility environments.
Strong vendor and SI management capabilities.
Demonstrated track record of full lifecycle IT delivery on complex programmes.
Highly credible technical communicator able to engage confidently with engineering teams and senior business stakeholders.
Organised, structured, and delivery-focused — comfortable leading cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
Passionate about retail technology, customer experience, and operational excellence.
