RentMyHome is a growing property management company dedicated to providing industry-leading accommodation experiences for landlords and tenants across the UK. The Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to handling landlord and tenant needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Oversee and manage property maintenance, ensuring all jobs are assigned and completed efficiently
* Ensure compliance with UK property legislation, including health & safety, fire safety, and EPC requirements
* Handle tenant move-ins, inventories, and end-of-tenancy check-outs
* Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions when needed
* Manage tenant deposit returns in line with regulations
* Oversee utility management for managed properties
* Provide investment advice to landlords regarding their current and potential property portfolios
* Assist in risk assessments, Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), and Legionella testing
* Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate landlord, tenant, and contractor ledgers
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in property management (preferably within the UK property sector)
* Strong knowledge of property compliance, health & safety regulations, and tenancy law
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to see tasks through from start to finish
* Strong communication skills to provide outstanding service to landlords and tenants
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment
