Your new role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and finance requirements of the business.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills, and accuracy are important attributes for this position. good customer relations and the ability tomunicate clearly.
1. Process invoices and credit notes into ERP System
2. Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
3. Correspond with customers relating to issues
4. Credit Control
5. Month-end support
6. Ad hoc finance/administration tasks as necessary
What you'll need to succeed
7. Good understanding of bookkeeping and office practice
8. 1–3 years of accounts experience
9. Extensive experience in data entry, record keeping
10. Reconciling sales invoices, receipts and payments
11. Working knowledge of financial controls
12. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
13. Experienced user of MS Products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
14. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
15. Open growth mindset
