This role is for a Construction & Facilities Project Managersomeone ambitious and ready to make an impact. Youll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
Youll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
* Managing all allocated projects in compliance with the Project Delivery Process.
* Managing the delivery of Client requirements and their transformation into a built environment.
The Individual
Were looking for people who can show:
1. Construction contract management
2. Leading project through RIBA Plan of Works stages
3. Facilities Management / Construction environment especially statutory compliance such as Building Regulations, CDM and planning
