This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to provide a high level, professional, and comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support service to the Deputy Director of People & Culture and the Associate Director of Strategic Delivery.
We are looking for an individual who can undertake a range of administrative functions. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy, demanding, high-pressure environment. As well as supporting the Deputy Director of People & Culture and the Associate Director of Strategic Delivery, you will provide committee support to several committees, specifically the Workforce & Governance Committee and the Area Partnership Forum.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
