We are looking for a Management PA to provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to NHS Tayside CAMHS (Child Adolescent Mental Health Services), Outpatient Services based in 19 Dudhope Terrace, Dundee.
The postholder will provide dedicated administrative support to the Clinical Care Group Manager, Lead Nurse, Senior Nurse and Clinical Leads for CAMHS. You will also provide extensive administrative support on behalf of the business.
You will be resilient and a good communicator. You will also have good organisational and IT skills, together with an attention to detail. The use of Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to work well within a team. Excellent interpersonal skills are required along with a good level of written and oral communication skills.
You will be expected to liaise with internal and external agencies as well as patients and the general public. This is a varied and interesting post supporting NHS Tayside CAMHS.
Applicants should have extensive minute taking experience, excellent audio typing and IT knowledge and skills. Knowledge of software specific to NHS Tayside would be an advantage.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
