Are you an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, looking to join a well-established firm and work on complex transactions, with NO TARGETS?
Our client is a highly regarded, boutique Law Firm who is looking to grow its Property team and welcome an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
The firm, who has been established for over 100 years, is expert in its field, with an excellent reputation across the industry.
The role:

* You will manage a volume caseload of mixed Residential Property matters, from inception through to post-completion
* You will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value Residential Property matters
\n
About You:
\n
* You will have a strong background in Residential Property including Sales, Purchases, Leaseholds, Freeholds, Transfer of Equity, Remortgages etc
* You will have a strong background, of at least 3 yrs managing a volume caseload of mixed Residential Property matters
