Business Support Apprentice supports corporate services by delivering efficient admin and coordination. Working within the admin team, reporting to a line manager (day-to-day contact), the role underpins smooth operations and communication across departments.
Duties:
* Manage records & data.
* Assist reports & admin tasks.
* Coordinate resources.
* Communicate with teams.
Entry requirements
GCSE Maths and English at grades 4 or above.
Skills required
* Customer care skills

Training to be provided
The learner will be studying the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
Things to consider
Consider a strong willingness to learn, good organisation and communication skills, and ability to handle confidential data. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and developing digital/admin skills while managing workload with guidance and contributing to continuous improvement.
Progression roles are available, depends on the applicants interests and qualities. This could be both office and direct care roles.
