Job Description
3. Analysing complex billing, cash, and customer data to drive commercial insight
4. Supporting forecasting and reporting processes across the Retail Finance function
5. Producing dashboards, automated reports, and data visualisations using Power BI and Excel
6. Monitoring customer payment behaviours and debt collection performance
7. Supporting internal and external audits through detailed analysis and documentation
8. Responding to regulatory and industry data requests
9. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives
10. Bench-marking debt collection performance against wider industry trends
The Successful Applicant
11. Previous experience in a finance analyst or data-focused finance role
12. Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
14. Experience using data to influence business performance and decision-making
15. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
16. A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement focus
