We’re now looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Southampton team; you will be taking over an already successfully billing desk that has a great portfolio of clients and some wonderful candidates. This is a busy, people-focused role. You’ll be speaking with clients and candidates daily, winning new business, filling vacancies, building relationships, and becoming a go-to contact within your market. Whether you already have recruitment experience or come from a strong sales, business development, Account Management or any Customer Facing role, this role offers plenty of room to grow and earn well along the way.
