I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager to manage an 85-bed Nursing Home for the elderly. The home is rated Good with CQC.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
1. Overall management of the Nursing Home, including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
2. Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries.
3. Liaising with outside healthcare professionals regarding care.
4. Building strong relationships with regional and operations directors.
5. Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
6. Registered with CQC.
7. Active PIN registration.
8. Experience in a managerial or deputy role within a Nursing Home.
9. NVQ Level 4 or 5 in management.
10. Experience working with the elderly and dementia patients.
11. Clinical skills.
12. Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
13. Providing a high-quality work environment.
14. Offering 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
15. 40 hours a week – flexible.

18. Salary up to £75,000.
