About the Job:
As Senior Engineering Manager, you will manage the activities of the Engineering Maintenance Departments to deliver high-quality services to the site. You will be responsible for managing change, leading site improvement and driving strategy on site.
* You will provide engineering and maintenance services within budget and in line with the MHRA, FDA and Health and Safety guidelines.
* You will develop maintenance strategies ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.
* You will implement continuous improvement initiatives and reliability enhancements within the Engineering Maintenance department.
About you:
You will be a qualified engineer, with a strong understanding of hands-on maintenance and reliability. Several years’ experience in maintenance or plant management, including managing personnel working on automated or semi-automated process plants
* You will have previous experience working in a regulated industry, ideally pharma.
* Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and EU regulatory requirements
* Strong management skills, including budget preparation and control.
