Your new role
As a Temporary Electrical Inspector / Clerk of Works, you’ll oversee electrical refurbishment and rewiring works across both void and tenanted properties.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Conducting pre- and post-inspections of electrical works to ensure full statutorypliance.
2. Supervising contractors delivering rewiring and electrical refurbishment projects.
3. Ensuring all works are supported by accurate and up-to-date electrical certification, including EICRs.
4. Monitoring the quality and safety of installations across a portfolio of social housing properties.
5. Providing assurance that all works meet current regulations andpliance standards.
What you'll need to succeed

7. A strong understanding of health & safety andpliance requirements.
8. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
9. A Full UK Driving Licence.
10. Proven technical electrical experience and qualification.
