As a Marketing Assistant at Atradius, you’ll be working with the marketing team to support content creation and delivery across various media platforms, including point of sale material, internal and external communications, direct marketing, social media, and the UK & Ireland website. You will also assist with event planning.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to support the content marketing strategy aligned with product and commercial goals and take ownership of key deliverables. Daily tasks include:
1. Creating social media visuals (polls, videos, carousels)
2. Drafting social media captions and communications
3. Designing posters, banners, and brochures
4. Managing CRM for emails, data, and landing pages
5. Assisting with events, creating invites, coordinating, and stakeholder management
6. Reporting on marketing performance quarterly
7. Designing sales materials (PowerPoint templates, etc.)
8. Managing stock, sourcing, and supplier coordination
9. Managing brand ambassador campaigns via Haiilo
Full training will be provided. Ideal candidates should have attention to detail, interest in digital marketing, and a creative mindset.
Required qualifications include:
1. Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
2. Team player with quick learning ability, prioritization, and time management skills
3. Ability to generate engaging content ideas
4. Experience with editing software or willingness to learn (desirable)
Additional qualifications:
1. Relevant business degree (preferably in marketing, communications, or a creative field)
2. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
