Sales Manager

The Ideal person will have/be:
* Proven track record of achievement in a busy vehicle sales environment, gained in a franchised dealership at a Senior level.
* The ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
* Experience of customer relationship management.
* Maintain New and Used Stock profiles in keeping with company targets and guidelines.
* A minimum of 2 years' previous sales management/controller experience would be advantageous.
* Experience of managing and concluding Sales negotiations, including second facing by assisting the sales team and strengthening customer confidence.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Full, valid driving licence - aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
