Quest Employment is recruiting experienced Tent Builders on behalf of a growing and well-established company specialising in large-scale event structures and semi-permanent buildings across the UK and Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile events, sporting venues, exhibitions, hospitality projects, and large-scale temporary structures.

The Role Youll be involved in the construction and dismantling of temporary structures at sites across the UK and occasionally Europe. No two projects are the same, offering a varied and hands-on working environment.
During quieter periods, there may also be depot-based work at the Swan Valley yard.
Typical Working Pattern Mostly Monday to Friday
Projects may require up to 12 consecutive days away
Typical hours: 8:00am 6:00pm (1012 hour days)
Early starts and overnight stays required
Paid from collection at the Swan Valley depot
40-hour standard week with overtime available
Key Responsibilities Building and dismantling temporary event structures
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Working safely on different project sites
Using hand tools and specialist equipment
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Travelling across the UK and occasionally overseas
What Were Looking For ? Full UK Driving Licence
? Valid passport and willingness to travel abroad occasionally
? Previous experience in tent building, construction, labouring, events, or similar environments
? Practical, hands-on attitude
? Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
? Strong teamwork and communication skills
? Ability to stay away from home when required
Training & Development Training opportunities available including:
CSCS
Forklift licences
MEWP / aerial platform training
Additional licences and experience may lead to higher pay rates following assessment. xsngvjr
Pay & Benefits Starting pay from £15.00 per hour DOE
Overtime after 40 hours paid at x1.25
Saturday overtime paid at x1.5
Sunday overtime paid at double time
Additional Allowances £12 overnight allowance
£7 daily site allowance when working away
Included While Working Away -Hotels fully paid
