We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our team on a short-term basis for approximately two to three months. This role would suit someone with previous experience in the gas and/or electrical industry who can provide immediate support to a busy operational team. Key Responsibilities: Understanding, raising, tracking, and monitoring gas and electrical certification Planning and coordinating workloads for operatives and contractors Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and trackers (Excel) Liaising regularly with residents, contractors, and internal operatives Supporting the team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations About You: Previous experience within the gas and/or electrical sector is highly desirable Strong understanding of certification processes and compliance requirements Confident and competent using Excel and spreadsheets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment To apply, please submit your completed application form to gas@nabcelgas.co.uk.
