Job Title: AdTech / Operations Executive

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role

As an AdTech/Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of all our digital media campaigns. Working closely with the performance teams, client services, and data teams, you will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are properly tracked, monitored, and reported on. You will also support troubleshooting, reporting, and performance analysis, helping to ensure our clients’ campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Tracking & Measurement

* Implement tracking solutions to measure campaign performance and user behaviour.
* Validate tracking implementation to ensure accurate reporting and attribution.
* Work with the data and insight teams to ensure campaign data feeds correctly into reporting tools.
* Maintain documentation of tracking setups and campaign configurations.

Campaign Implementation & Delivery

* Ensuring all digital campaigns have all necessary parameters and tracking implemented.
* Implement tracking requirements in line with media plans.
* Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are live and delivering correctly.
* Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and meet client and internal requirements.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation

* Monitor campaign performance regularly and flag any delivery or technical issues.
* Work with planning and client teams to optimise campaign performance where required.
* Troubleshoot issues relating to campaign delivery, tagging, or tracking.
* Ensure campaign pacing aligns with budgets and planned timelines.

Collaboration & Support

* Work closely with planning, client services, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
* Support the preparation of campaign reports and performance summaries.
* Assist with internal knowledge sharing around ad operations best practices.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies within digital advertising.

About You

You have 2 - 4 years’ experience working in ad operations teams, preferably within a media agency, publisher, or related environment. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and technically minded, with a strong interest in digital media and advertising technology. You enjoy working with data and systems, and you are comfortable troubleshooting issues and ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with multiple teams to deliver successful campaigns for clients.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Experience implementing tracking and tag management solutions – Google Tag Manager (GTM), Server-side Tag Manager etc.
* Experience working with ad servers and campaign management platforms – Campaign Manager (CM3600, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360 & DV360, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) set ups, management & reporting
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with web developers on technical implementation issues and clearly explain campaign setups and tracking to non-technical clients or stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

* Understanding of privacy, consent, and data compliance considerations in digital advertising. (E.g. OneTrust)
* Understanding or experience in call tracking solutions such as Infinity
* Working knowledge of JavaScript, including the ability to read, debug, and implement scripts used for tracking, tag management, and campaign measurement.
* Familiarity with cloud environments such as Google Cloud.
* Knowledge of campaign reporting and visualisation tools – Power BI, Looker etc
