We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Curriculum Support Assistant to join our team in a progressive mainstream secondary school. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain valuable school-based experience and develop a career in education.
You will work closely with teachers to support student learning, assist with classroom activities, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, understand the day-to-day life of a secondary school, and make a real difference to students’ learning and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and learning activities
* Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning
* Help create an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom environment
* Assist with preparation of resources and classroom management
* Support students’ social and emotional development as needed
