Role
Support Worker Waking Nights
* Location: Bangor
* Salary: Up to £12.80 per hour
* Hours: 36 hours per week (3x 12 hour shifts)
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Closing Date: 20th October 2025 11am
About the Role
At Positive Futures, we support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. As a Support Worker Waking Nights, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing Person Centred Support
* Supporting People to Develop and Maintain Key Skills in relation to Housing Support
* Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills
* Supporting people to be safe and healthy
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Essential Criteria
* Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone*
* Full, valid driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes in order to transport people we support. Class 2 business insurance is required. Or Full, valid driving licence or ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.
* *This criterion is met if you can demonstrate experience such as caring or supporting a child, family member or friend, volunteering or completing a work placement where you provided care or support.
