A day in the life of
As a Breakfast Supervisor, youll take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of our high-volume breakfast operation. You will lead the team during service, ensuring excellent food quality, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, support and motivate the breakfast team, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered.
Oversee daily breakfast service for up to 350 guests, ensuring quality, presentation, and replenishment of all food and beverage items.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to team members.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
Handle guest queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist with lunch and afternoon tea service preparation when required.
Maintain accurate records relating to H&S checks, cleaning schedules, and allergen control.
What do we need from you?
Previous supervisory or senior team member experience within hospitality, ideally in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
Confident leading a team in a high-volume service environment.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong focus on standards, detail, and guest satisfaction.
A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
