Service Advisor – Chiswick, West London:
Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor looking for an exciting new opportunity in West London? Our client, a prestigious and well-established Franchised Car Dealer Group in Chiswick, is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join their Automotive Industry award winning Aftersales team.
Job Details:
1. Location: Chiswick, West London
2. Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + £40,000 Realistic OTE
3. Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota.
4. DMS Used: Kerridge
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor with our client:
5. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice.
6. Schedule vehicle service and repair appointments efficiently.
7. Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure seamless communication.
8. Provide accurate estimates and explain repair work required.
9. Upsell additional products and services where applicable.
10. Ensure all paperwork and invoicing is completed correctly.
11. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet dealership targets.
What our client is looking for in their Service Advisors?
12. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or independent garage.
13. Strong communication and organisational skills.
14. Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS (Dealer Management System).
15. A passion for providing top-level customer service.
16. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
17. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
