Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders! We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people by leading support workers through example.
We offer a basic pay of £14.17 to £14.99, plus £2800 to £3600 sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month). Benefits include 224 hours of paid annual leave per year, increasing to 240 hours after 5 years. The role involves working on a rota, including days and sleep-ins, across a 365-day schedule, including holidays.
Job Role:
* Meeting the needs of children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations.
* Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and home manager in meetings and appointments.
* Assisting the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose.
* Performing other tasks as directed by management.
* Supervising in the absence of managers.
* Welcoming a diverse culture and creating a safe, family-like environment for children.
Requirements:
* You must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
* Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes.
* At least six months' experience in children’s residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification are required.
