We're looking for a Technical Operations Team Lead to join our Digital team based in Exeter.
Location: Exeter, Devon
Hours: 42.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Operations Team Lead, you'll be working within the technical operations team, supporting them in delivering high-quality data management and digitisation projects. We're seeking a proactive Technical Operations Team Lead to oversee digitisation, data acquisition and data management projects. You'll be leading a team responsible for maintaining accurate digitised data, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
Your day to day will include:
* Leading and delivering technical data projects across digitisation, data acquisition and data management activities, ensuring outputs are accurate and timely
* Overseeing the capture, maintenance and enhancement of structured asset data within GIS and related technical systems
* Supporting, building and improving ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and compliance
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, standardisation and process improvement
* Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior staff, fostering their development and ensuring quality delivery

* You have experience with data management and processing tools, including databases, and an understanding of scripting for automation
* You're proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong IT skills, with a mindset for continuous learning
* Are delivering team management, including delegation and performance monitoring, possess excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
* Enjoy working collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and teams to reach innovative solutions
