Your Role
Support children & young people in a care setting
Assist with daily routines and personal care
Promote independence and wellbeing
Follow safeguarding and care standards
Work as part of a supportive team
Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) Essential
Experience as HCA or Support Worker
Passion for working with children and young people
Strong communication skills
Reliable, caring, and professional
