My client is a FTSE 100 listed business, an internationalpany and a predominant figure in the aviation sector. This leadingpany has developed substantially over the last 5 years and further growth is expected year-on-year. Due to their expansion, they are looking for additional headcount to join their tax and reporting team to assist withpliance for a portfolio of entities.
Your new role
You will:
1. Focus on Corporation taxpliance, the role being split 75/25 with accounting duties
2. Collect, analyse and consolidate the corporation tax packages and statutory accounts schedules
3. Liaise with finance teams internationally on corporation tax and statutory accounts related matters as required
4. Prepare UK statutory accounts and corporation taxputations and returns for a portfolio of entities.
5. Submit the UK entity statutory accounts and corporation taxputations and returns once reviewed and approved
6. Maintenance and updatepliance procedures as needed
7. Assist with handling queries from UK statutory auditors and external taxpliance teams
What you'll need to succeed
You may be a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant or tax professional. You will have practical experience with corporation taxpliance. You will have excellentmunication skills to liaise with and gain information internally. You will enjoy working as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary dependent on experience of up to £55,000 plus bonus. Flexible working options are available along with hybrid working.
