Are you interested in joining a Trust committed to your development?

Would you like to be part of an organisation that really values your well-being?

We care for you so you can care for your patients.

Our "We Care" strategy means that our ambitions are to put our communities first, deliver a better patient experience and importantly, be a great place to work for all of our workforce.

At our "Outstanding" rated trust more than half of our workforce work flexibly, including compressed hours and term time only. More than 70% of our workforce feel we take positive action on health and wellbeing, and we aim to improve this. We are proud to say that we consistently score above the national average in our staff survey results, particularly for our focus on the well-being of our workforce.

And with the forward NHS vision being based on community care, there has never been a better time to join us.
We are looking for a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our close nit team in Whitstable.

Rated 'outstanding' by the CQC, we've got a passion for delivering high standards of patient care and excellent services to improve the health of our communities. We know a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion leads to better patient care and a happier workforce. This isn't visible to anyone involved with shortlisting or interviewing you, except when you choose to be considered under the guaranteed interview scheme due to disability. The data we collect helps us to ensure we are attracting diversity in our applicants, that all our colleagues have equitable access to career opportunities and supports us on our journey to being a Great Place to Work
