Join our team as an experienced Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager and play a pivotal role in driving strategic collaborations that elevate our brand, expand our reach, and fuel organizational growth. In this highly visible position, you will identify, negotiate, and nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with leading corporations and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnership and sponsorship strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
* Identify, research, and target potential corporate partners whose values align with our mission.
* Initiate contact with prospective partners; build relationships through compelling presentations and tailored proposals.
* Negotiate sponsorship agreements to maximize value for both parties while ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Cultivate long-term relationships to ensure renewal of existing partnerships and explore opportunities for expansion.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, product, legal, and finance teams to deliver outstanding sponsor experiences.
* Create engaging sponsorship packages; oversee the fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
* Monitor partnership performance using data-driven metrics; prepare regular reports for leadership on outcomes and ROI.
* Stay current on industry trends to inform partnership strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
* 3+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales or business development—preferably within [industry].
* A proven track record of successfully securing high-value partnerships or sponsorships.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
* Strong negotiation skills coupled with keen business acumen.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; confident presenting to executives or large audiences.
* A strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite; experience analyzing data for reporting purposes is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,873.94-£32,000.00 per year
