About the role
We have a unique opportunity for a Fixed term Duty Manager at our Ōtau Ridge Village in Clevedon.
This is a 37.5 hour a week role over 5 week days - till 30th June 2026. Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
This role will include Reception duties and will support with being a first responder for residents.
Duties:
4. ·First responder for any emergency requirements
5. ·Act as the first point of contact for visitors and residents, always providing an excellent impression
6. ·Provide informative and friendly village tours and introducing prospective residents to the village lifestyle
7. ·Provide general admin support to the village.
8. ·Keep communal areas neat and tidy
Skills and Experience Required:
9. ·Current First Aid Certificate preferred although training is provided.
10. ·Patience and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our residents.
11. ·Energetic, dependable and a friendly customer service approach
12. ·Ability to make decisions independently.
13. ·Previous experience in administration/customer service. Familiar with MS Office suite.
