Essential Duties:
* Greeting all visitors to Wynn Mayfair, embodying our Forbes 5 Star service at all times and anticipating customer needs and requirements
* Coordinating car jobs in consultation with reception and marketing team
* Maintaining cars, parking payments and customer essential
* Provide a warm, personalised greeting to all guests
* Oversee and manage the entry of guests in accordance with internal policy
* Maintain a high level of personal grooming and uniform standards. Ensure the entrance area is clean, organised, and representative of a luxury environment at all times
