About the apprenticeship
Duties
1.To become competent in the following activities by the end of the Apprenticeship period.
•Assist with providing an effective and efficient Reception service for internal and external customers
•Use of the Services’ Fleet Management software
•Processing of jobs, orders and invoices
•General administrative duties, such as scanning and filing of documents
2.To develop transferrable workplace skills e.g.
•To be proactive, adaptable and responsive to change
•To assist with the provision of a high-quality service – this may include developing homeworking skills for some roles.
•To support internal and external customer requests and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
•To communicate with a range of internal and/or external customers as required
•To assist other team members in the carrying out of their duties
•To work with others to carry out duties linked to the section in which the Apprentice is placed.
•To undertake and complete all training and development experiences as required.
•To participate in Corporate Scheme events

Requirements
Qualifications
Has achieved, or is expected to achieve, a minimum of:
•GCSE Grade G or above in Maths or Essential Skills Wales Level 2 in Application of Number or equivalent.
•GCSE Grade G or above in English (and/or Welsh) or. Essential Skills Wales Level 2 in Communication or equivalent.
•Any qualifications or training undertaken at any level.

•You do not hold a degree (graduate are not eligible to apply for Level 2 Apprenticeships)
•You are not currently studying for, nor have previously achieved, the same Apprenticeship qualification (or NVQ) offered in this role (Digital Skills for Business at Level 2 or higher)•Putting customers (or others) first by being helpful and polite. Application Form & Interview
