Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
HSBC relies on its Financial Support teams to work closely with customers who are in financial difficulties to deliver positive, appropriate and sustainable outcomes. Financial Support endeavour to deliver a high value, professional and quality service to our customers. By putting our customers at the heart of everything we do we manage the value of contact by crafting solutions that best meets the needs of our customers and the bank through the development of strong call behaviours in the Financial Support teams.
In this role you will support, determine and initiate appropriate actions to ensure the efficient and effective progression of a specific Financial Support Agent process flow, or multiple Financial Support Agent process flows in order to deliver a professional service to meet our customers needs. The primary focus is on ensuring the integrity of the process flows across assigned function, in order to contribute to help our customers resolve their problems. By doing so, create a favourable opinion of our organisation and an increased willingness to repay their commitments. Financial Support Agents are required to adhere to all regulatory requirements and Financial Support Agent Operations policies and procedures.

In this role you will:
* Demonstrate the ability to professionally support the delivery of appropriate and sustainable outcomes for our customers in accordance with their personal circumstances
* Consistently demonstrate good behaviours, aligned with HSBC’s Values and Business Principles
* Define process flows, Financial Support Agent Operations policies and procedures
* Adhere to regulatory requirements and Financial Support Agent Operations policies and procedures
* Meet operational efficiency and effectiveness performance metrics
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Excellent communication skills – both conversational and written
* Understand the Financial Support Agent process and have a strong working knowledge of Financial Support Agent Operations policies and procedures
* Positive attitude – demonstrating teamwork and cooperation towards the achievement of operational goals
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team
