This is a new opportunity with a leading law firm based in Newcastle City Centre. They are seeking a Bids and Marketing Administrator to support their marketing team.
About the role
The Bids and Marketing Administrator will provide essential administrative support, including managing tender responses, formatting bids, collating marketing data, and collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
1. Setting up meetings with multiple contributors
2. Producing meeting agendas and action notes
3. Collating and editing inputs for tender responses
4. Submitting tenders as required
5. Managing tender response timelines
6. Liaising with fee earners for tender updates
7. Carrying out client management reporting
8. Updating CRM and BD+ with tender info
9. Monitoring tender portals for opportunities
10. Sharing feedback with teams
11. Updating systems with tender data for reporting
12. Maintaining the bid library
13. Formatting bid and pitch documents
14. Preparing marketing materials such as pitch documents and team sheets
15. Providing general admin support to the marketing team
16. Arranging meetings and travel support
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written communication skills
* Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Ability to work independently
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Experience in a busy marketing environment is advantageous but not essential
