Monday to Friday. 37.5 Hours. 08:30 to 16:30.

Purchasing Assistant required for a successful manufacturer who are a brand associated with quality who boast an impressive client base. This is a new role due to ongoing and sustained growth.
The role would suit candidates from any purchasing, buying or procurement background who have experience working within a fast paced manufacturing environment. Applicants must have experience using SAGE 50 and be proficient with all Microsoft Office Packages.
The role on a day to day basis will be to support project managers with all purchasing, procurement and buying activities to deliver customer orders to specification within strict time constraints. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for all administrative activities from processing and raising purchase orders on Sage 50 through to liaising with suppliers for timely delivery on all required materials. The role is fast paced and will require managing multiple projects at one time. You will also carry out extensive research and resourcing to source/deliver on specific client project requirements.
