We are currently looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join our team based out of our Bradford office on a hybrid model.
The role will be supporting the Company Secretary in meeting the key responsibilities of Company Secretarial Function, in particular statutory compliance, board support, preparation for board meetings, minute taking, auditor requests and project management.
Within the role you will be organising and supporting the board meetings. As well as tasks such as maintaining the statutory filing requirements, general administration and other ad-hoc tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold or be working towards your CGI or ICSA qualification. You will need to be a strong communicator and be IT literate.
