Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We're currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Operative with a roofing background to join a busy Property Maintenance and Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and capable individual with roofing experience to contribute to high-quality repairs and maintenance services across domestic and commercial properties.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Assist trade staff in carrying out roofing-related works to a high standard
Support a wide range of maintenance activities across properties
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered alongside quality workmanship
Work safely and efficiently, following health and safety regulations and procedures
Respond to work requests within a target-driven environment
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience and Skills:
Experience working at height and with roofing materials
Approx. 3 years of on-site training or practical experience
CSCS card (appropriate to the role)
Familiarity with working in both domestic and commercial property settings
Understanding of risk assessments and ability to follow safe systems of work
Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings
Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and general building trades
Ability to adapt, work positively through change, and communicate effectively
You will also need the flexibility to carry out multi-skilled trade tasks when required.
