* Lead, manage and coordinate the MC Support team, ensuring high-quality, consistent support to IAG’s Management Committee.
* Act as the primary contact for executive support needs, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative coordination to ensure seamless operations.

* Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all MC-related activities.
* Foster a strong relationship with IAG’s Management Committee to support open and transparent business relationships.
* Promote a positive team culture by role modelling collaborative and proactive behaviours, setting clear performance expectations to meet business needs and supporting individual growth and development.

Office and Facilities Management

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the ICAG HQ office at Waterside ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
* Manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies.

General Administration

* Provide administrative support for key business services, including reception, mailroom, and meeting room coordination.
* Act as a central point of contact for employee queries related to office services.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a facilities and logistics perspective.
* Identify opportunities to streamline office processes and improve service delivery.
* Gather feedback from stakeholders and implement changes to enhance the employee experience.

Corporate compliance and assurance

* Ensure compliance with UK GDPR and data privacy regulations across all people function related activities
* Support and co-ordinate HQ Business Continuity Planning which includes ensuring plans are up to date on office operations, facilities, and people-related services and liaising with other key stakeholders to align contingency plans across functions.
* Oversee Health and Safety for UK office to maintain a safe, legally compliant, and supportive working environment

Qualifications

* Proven experience in office management, executive support, or business services in a corporate environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to anticipate challenges, provide solutions and implement process improvements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage confidential information with of discretion.
* Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
* Familiarity with facilities management and vendor coordination.
