* Manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies.
General Administration
* Provide administrative support for key business services, including reception, mailroom, and meeting room coordination.
* Act as a central point of contact for employee queries related to office services.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a facilities and logistics perspective.
* Identify opportunities to streamline office processes and improve service delivery.
* Gather feedback from stakeholders and implement changes to enhance the employee experience.
Corporate compliance and assurance
* Ensure compliance with UK GDPR and data privacy regulations across all people function related activities
* Support and co-ordinate HQ Business Continuity Planning which includes ensuring plans are up to date on office operations, facilities, and people-related services and liaising with other key stakeholders to align contingency plans across functions.
* Oversee Health and Safety for UK office to maintain a safe, legally compliant, and supportive working environment

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to anticipate challenges, provide solutions and implement process improvements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage confidential information with of discretion.
* Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
* Familiarity with facilities management and vendor coordination.
