Support Worker - 1:1 Specialist Role (Bristol) - £13/hr Location: Bristol Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Shifts: Afternoon/Evening: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (includes sleep-in) Morning: 8:00am - 3:00pm Contract Type: Flexible, part-time or full-time considered Were looking for a compassionate, confident, and clear communicator to join a dedicated support team working 1:1 with a young adult who lives independently in Bristol. This is a specialist role supporting someone with PTSD, Autism, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and Sensory Processing Delay. About the Individual: Hes bright, curious, and enjoys board games and all things Doctor Who. He thrives with open-ended questions and gentle, respectful interaction. While he lives alone, his two dads are actively involved and protective-staff must be mindful of their communication and maintain professional boundaries.
