We are seeking a dynamic Curriculum Manager for English and Maths (16-18) to help shape the future of post-16 education in East London.

* What You'll Do
As Curriculum Manager, You Will
* Provide academic and operational leadership for our BTEC and GCSE Science provision
* Lead and manage a team of teaching staff, fostering high performance and continuous professional development
* Oversee the design, delivery, and improvement of engaging, inclusive curricula
* Monitor teaching quality, student progress, and support intervention strategies
* Work closely with the Head of Department, support teams, and senior leaders to meet departmental and college-wide goals
* Teach 7 to 12 hours per week, maintaining a strong connection to classroom practice
* What You'll Bring
* A degree and a full teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
* A proven track record of successful teaching and curriculum leadership in English and/or Maths
* The ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing staff teams
* A strong commitment to raising standards and improving learner outcomes
* Excellent communication, organisational, and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insight into action
