Your role as a 12ab Trainee Traffic Management Operative
As a key member of our team, you will:
1. Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment.
2. Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
3. Qualification: Temporary Traffic Management Basic Course (TTMBC).
4. Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
5. Safety: Candidates must hold a valid safety critical medical certificate.
6. Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
7. Attitude: Positive, "can-do" mindset.
8. Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.

Hours and Compensation
Hours: 48 hours per week, including day and night shifts. Overtime is available. This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Salary: £154.38 per shift depending on location and experience, plus benefits and overtime opportunities.
