Job Description

Job Title – Account Executive

Salary -£200 a day

Contract Duration – 6 months contract inside IR35 (potential forextension)

At Deloitte and specifically within ourteam, client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicatedand personable Account Executive to maintain client accounts and serve as ourmain point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working witha range of clients and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. Theywill also be responsible for ensuring sales growth whilst maintaining strongstakeholder management.

Objectives of this role

* Serve as the main point of contact in all mattersrelated to client concerns and needs
* Build and strengthen client relationships toachieve long-term partnerships
* Maintain accurate client records, keeping trackof any contract updates and renewals
* Work with the sales development representatives(SDR) and other internal team members to develop strategic marketing plansand ensure KPIs are being met and the team is driving sales forward
* Develop a thorough understanding of customer productsand service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
* Motivate, mentor and lead a team of SDR’s to bestgenerate leads and drive sales

Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain strong stakeholderrelationships
* Handle inquiries and requests from customers andaddress their needs
* Stay on top of accounts / account, making surethey receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
* Meet regularly with other team members to discussprogress and find new ways to business develop and increase growth
* Generate progress reports for clients and seniorleaders within the organization
* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewalopportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
* Lead on daily sales meetings and set achievabletargets for the team
* Conduct ROI data analysis

Required skills andqualifications

* Minimum 3-4yearsprofessional experience in a corporate or agency sales role
* Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions byfocusing on the client’s requirements
* Proven ability to hitsales targets, bring in new business and build and sustain good businessrelationships
* Experiencenegotiating and executing deals
* Strong understandingof market mapping, psychographics and an ability to demonstrateentrepreneurial flair
* Experience workingtowards KPI’s and ability in setting them too
* Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilitiessimultaneously
* Strong experience navigating CRM’s and Sales Intelligence Platforms
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build relationships well
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred skills andqualifications

* Experience having worked in a similar corporate sales role
* University degree / equivalent
* Created strong network through previous professional experience


Others

* Must be based in the UK
* London office attendance expected 2-3 times a month
