About the opportunity
We seek a Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing team at Teads. The role involves managing SME accounts, driving revenue, and enhancing customer experience. You will develop long-term client relationships, oversee campaign strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Account Leadership: Manage key agency and brand clients, ensuring their success and retention.
2. Revenue Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Campaign Oversight & Optimization: Collaborate internally to ensure effective campaign execution and provide strategic insights.
4. Client Consultation & Thought Leadership: Advise clients on best practices and industry trends.
5. Pre-Sale Strategy & Media Planning: Work with Sales to develop campaign strategies.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Product, Ad Operations, and Sales teams.
7. Mentorship & Team Development: Guide junior team members.
Measurement of Success:
* Client retention and satisfaction
* Revenue and account growth
* Campaign performance improvements
* Leadership contributions
Candidate Requirements:
* 3-6 years in account management, customer success, or digital advertising
* Proven ability to grow SME client relationships
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of ad operations tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Flashtalking) is a plus
* Proactive, strategic, results-oriented mindset
