Your new company Join a leading public sector organisation delivering a major digital transformation procurement. This high profile role is available on a predominantly remote basis for a 9 month period and is outside IR35. Your new role As Interim Procurement Consultant, you will provide specialist support across the full tender lifecycle, ensuring compliance, transparency and audit readiness. Working with high levels of autonomy and profile, you will work with procurement, legal and technical teams to deliver all defined procurement outputs through to contract award. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating all stakeholders, project plans and time-critical procurement activity. Supporting the competition plan from design to award. Preparing and managing procurement documentation aligned to PA23 requirements. Coordinating evaluation panels, documentation and moderation activities. Managing bidder communications, clarifications and portal-based tender issuance. Maintaining a complete procurement audit trail and supporting reporting, governance and award documentation. What you'll need to succeed Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, major competitive tenders and PA23 obligations. Experience supporting technology or transformation-based procurements. Excellent coordination, documentation and project management skills. Ability to work flexibly during peak procurement phases. The credibility and gravitas to support a major, high-value procurement alongside specialist legal and consultancy partners. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
