If you are strong multi-skilled engineer, with step-up team lead experience or ready to step up into your first mentor/delegation role, this one is for you. You'll be in a growing production facility where you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a multi-skilled maintenance team across a 24/7 operation, helping to drive engineering performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
