We’re working with a growing, design-focused architectural studio based in Surrey, specialising in bespoke private residential projects. They’re now seeking a talented and motivated Part II Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical and design skills who is looking to gain full project exposure in a relaxed but professional studio environment. You’ll play a hands-on role from concept through to delivery, with direct client interaction and the space to develop your own creative identity.

Key Requirements:
*
Part II qualified with at least 3 years’ experience working in a UK-based architectural practice
*
A strong portfolio of residential work is highly desirable
*
Confidence working through early-stage design, technical detailing, and project delivery
*
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
*
Proficiency in Vectorworks is preferred (training available)
*
Strong visual communication, design presentation, and documentation skills
*
A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
*
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for site visits
