As our BIM Technician, you'll take ownership of a range of design and planning activities across Replacement and Capital projects, with a strong focus on Multiple Occupancy Building (MOB) riser designs.
This is more than just technical design - it's about ensuring every plan meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. You'll play a key role in identifying and mitigating design risks, ensuring alignment with SHE policies, Construction Industry Safety Legislation, and Cadent's internal standards. You'll also champion process improvement, streamlining workflows and applying best practice methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

Software Expertise - Proficiency in AutoCAD 18 or higher is essential; experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is highly desirable.
