Scale 6 (SCP 20 - 24) £32,597 - £35,412 – 1 Permanent, 37 hours per week
Location: Antrim Civic Centre (may work from any Council site or facility within the Borough).

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Supporting the HR Managers and HR Officers and working with managers/employees to deliver HR advice which is clear, relevant and of a high quality, central to an efficient and customer‑focused human resources service.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The recruitment process will assess the suitability of the candidates against the requirements for the post, including the 4 competencies identified in the Competence Framework for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. (A copy of the Competency framework is attached for information).
Provisional date for interviews will be in April 2026.
A reserve list will be created for this post for a 12‑month period and if this post becomes available either part‑time, full‑time, temporary or permanent within 12 months it will be offered to reserve candidates in order of merit.
