The client is a well-established, regional firm, within Norwich. They work with a range of clients from limited companies to charities. They are looking to grow their team through hiring a Corporate Services (Audit) Manager.
Responsibilities:
As an Audit Manager you will,
1. Lead and oversee day-to-day audit engagements, ensuring high-quality audit files. Mentor, support and develop team members through on-the-job guidance and feedback.
2. Review working papers and assignments, delivering clear and constructive improvement points.
3. Manage client communication, including progress updates, issues, financial insights and broader business matters.
4. Support business development through networking, relationship building, and assisting with tenders and presentations.
Requirements:
As an Audit Manager you will need,
5. ACA or ACCA full qualification, or QBE in a UK practice
6. Previous experience of leading audit teams in a practice
7. Thorough technical knowledge (FRS102, UK GAAP)
