CNC Miller
Location: Nottingham
Rate: Up to £17.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shifts (Monday to Friday)
Contract type: Permanent Position
Immediate start.
Duties
* Programming or setting and operating milling machines online.
* Using different control systems including Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain.
* Maintaining high quality standards such as ISO 9001.
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job cards.
* Producing bespoke components that are made to order.
* Selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures for specific jobs.
Person Specification
* CNC Milling experience is essential.
* Programming experience preferred; strong setting and operating experience accepted.
* Worked with a wide variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel.
* Ability to work from technical drawings and use measurement tools.
* Pro‑active and well‑organised approach to maintain workload.
* Relevant mechanical qualifications beneficial.

* Up to £17.00 per hour depending on experience.
* Permanent position.
* Immediate start.
* Day shift, Monday to Friday.
* Overtime available, paid at time and a half.
