Are you an experienced PA ready to take on a dynamic and varied role supporting a senior leader? At Air Charter Service, our COO leads multiple back-office departments, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support them for on a 12 month fixed term contract!
This isn’t your typical PA job. Alongside classic PA duties, you’ll dive into project-based work spanning facilities, IT, ISO certifications, business continuity planning, travel software, and more.
Job Description
1. Managing diary, emails, travel, and expenses for the COO (and supporting the Group IT Director’s diary when needed)
2. Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes with precision
3. Handling confidential info with absolute discretion
4. Overseeing the travel management system (Egencia) and ensuring travel policy compliance
5. Leading ownership of global ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 21007) — organising audits, meetings, and environmental target setting
6. Managing the company SOP library and assisting with document reviews and updates
7. Supporting Business Continuity Planning activities
8. Creating onboarding schedules for new team members reporting to the COO
9. Collating director reports, organising holiday cover, and assisting with various back-office projects
